L’atelier des cinq soleils also offers a range of training courses to help children’s professionals, cultural and social workers enrich or rethink their daily practice.
Training philosophy
The training philosophy is based on sharing knowledge and capitalizing on experience. Methodologies are participative and experiential, and sessions are co-constructed with participants.
The aim is to bring out the knowledge and skills of each individual and combine them in a team to create new collective projects or actions that feed into the pedagogical mission.
At the end of the course, everyone will be able to take away concrete tools and ideas for rethinking new forms of mediation.
